The room announces itself.

Boards · Updated July 20, 2026

Every TV and table screen in the room already knows what is supposed to be happening right now, because someone told the console once. No laptop taped behind a TV, no script running on a cron job and hoping, no walking the room with a USB stick. Walk in and the room is already telling people what is on. Walk out with proof that it actually ran.

The program of the day, on every screen

Author the day's program once, in the same console that already runs the floor. Every board in the room, lobby TVs and the screens embedded at the tables, picks it up on its own and keeps itself current: what is happening right now, what is next, and what just wrapped. Overlapping programs on different screens stay straight without anyone re-keying a schedule twice. Nobody touches the TV. Nobody touches the table. The program simply appears where it belongs and moves forward as the day does.

See what actually ran

A schedule is a promise. Boards keeps the receipt. Every screen captures proof as each block plays, so an operator can open one report and see, at a glance, that the thing that was supposed to be on screen at a given time was actually on screen, on every board, not just the ones someone happened to walk past. No more finding out a screen was dark, or stuck on yesterday, after a guest mentions it on the way out.

How it works

  • 01
    Author the day once. Build the itinerary in the console, the way you already manage the rest of the floor.
  • 02
    Every board runs itself. Screens pull the program on their own and advance through it all day, with no file to push and no script to babysit.
  • 03
    Proof lands on its own. Each scheduled block leaves a capture behind, so the morning-after question is answered before anyone has to ask it.
// walk in

The room is already telling people what is happening, on every screen that matters, before staff say a word.

// walk out

A report is waiting that shows every scheduled thing ran, screen by screen, without anyone having to walk the room to check.

Boards runs on the same console and the same crew that already run the rest of Helm. If it plays a role in how your rooms work, tell us what you run today and we will show you how it fits.
